The direct mail campaign for Chaco footwear for Spring, 2019. The piece focused on the 30-year mark of the iconic Z/Sandal from the brand, and emphasized color, customization, and adventure. The campaign was segmented with a full 44pg catalog to high-value customers, and an 8-panel folding self-mailer to customers with lower or unknown purchase history. The day the catalog arrived in homes, consumers were also met with an email if they had an address on file.
